yea that smaller one is pretty funny looking. i just put them in the same tank today just to see if they would tolerate each other. i had to separate them shortly after lol.

i didnt ask the guy when i bought these as 1" fry if they parents were wild caught or tank raised. doesnt that usually have an effect on the way they look when they grow out

I got two wild caughts. One is a male forsure and the other was an assumed female, but looks like a male to me now. If they are both males, I dont mind trading you one male for one of your females if you are interested. Both are 5-6inches long. From Ecuador.

Both females, and I agree with the ugly duckling comment, looks like short-bodied or deformed, I certainly wouldn't breed from it when you've got a much better looking girl with the first one.
