i took look at the tank this morning no change still the same and most of the lil white things that were moving are still crawling...I am starting to think that there bugs....but b4 i clean my tank out how do I make sure...my pair laid eggs on 1/7/2012 which is 5 days...on the third day the eggs were gone except for the white un-fertilized ones...normally i would think the female ate them but she was out of the tank on day 2 male aswell....idk what happen there is also a bunch of black stuff all over the place....i think my best bet is to clean out the tank and wait for my female to be ready again she lays eggs every 2 weeks..but i Would like to prevent the lil bugs from coming back how do i do that...I did not change the water when the eggs were laid....the day b4 the eggs I added 5 gallons and have not changed the water up to this point so I'm not sure how the bugs got there...copepods are ocenanic bugs/crustations so how are they able to survive in freshwater???
