Are they fighting or trying to mate???

you'll most likely get some that look the same as the parents and some that are a mixture.. i would pull em out a few weeks after they're swimming or earlier depending on the parents aggression,

Yeah, I was afraid of that....I wasn't wanting a tall when I got the tank, but I had a situation where I HAD to get what I could, the tank they were in sprung a leak and that was the biggest tank I could get in the area right then.

Ok, I'm not sure if I will save them or not right now...first we'll see if they have babies, but I no once I see them I'll have to save em;)

Sorry didn't answer you there, they are about 6", maybe a touch bigger then that.
