Are they laughing at you?

I'm 6'4" and 245 with 21 years of combat training. I've never heard anyone laugh at me about much of anything. If anyone feels they want to rib me about my hobby, then they're cordially invited to stick a finger into any tank and see if they'll still want to laugh in a minute.
When i tell people how much i am into fish as a hobby they do laugh, but not ONE person who has been my house and seen my tank and fish has left without AMAZEMENT. They all want fish and tanks after they see it....so who gets the last laugh? 
my wife thinks im crazy for liking fish so much. the only person who will stick up for me is my father-in-law. he is cool and she will have to get over my fish obsesion.
atleast she is gonig to let me build a shed to keep fish in because she dosent want that many tanks in the house.

When people laugh at my tanks , they are usually old farts that think
of fish as food. My buddies however, find my tanks an inspiration or i
