Are those eggs or fry?

So I'm moving the fry to a separate tank today, just wanted to know what time of filtration would they require & if there is anything else they should need??

maybe u can try just a sponge filter and nothing else but still if u need something there add some live plants for fry to feel safe and get a plentiful supply of infusoria and how fast do ur jaguars grew when they were at around 4" as that will help me know how much time mine will take to go through the motions, maybe if i m lucky enough to get them through

Well it didn't take them much time to grow from 4", from what I remember it happened fast. Just ensure they get fed well.
On another note I just finished transferring the fry to a separate tank & I hav attached pics. Parents were extremely unhappy as I siphoned them out.

great so maybe i will also b going through it soon and maybe they try it before as i m power feeding them and they r in overcrowded community tank so,should i separate the 6 jaguars out or will they pair up in that society and at what size will the bars of the males disappear and plz keep us updated with the progress as u are doing till now.
Thanks

Well I'm no expert but I believe if ur tank is big enough & has hiding spots I guess it should do the trick. Coz once they start mating they would take a territory of their own & start to clear out the substrate & will usually try to find a rock or something to hide the fry.
As for an update here are some pics of the fry in their tank today. Noticed that they tend to stick to each other especially when feeding.

Those are the wigglers.........Between 3 and 4 days after laying, eggs hatch...........This being your first batch, I would just sit back and observe the spawn be taken care of by the parents...........As you continue on breeding, purchase an extra tank, preferablly a 55-60g fish tank...........This tank is used for raising the fry separtely from the parents....Owning a "growout tank" enables more fry to be raised to saleable size wihtin the 3-4 months it takes to raise a fish from egg to 1 inch..........
