Are worms healthy?

In the caiman den
I just started feeding my gars worms. Are they good for them and which type is the best?
 
i know im one of the few who keep thier gars on live, but am i the only one who feeds worms?
 
Is there anything wrong with keeping them on live. I'me having a hell of a time getting them to eat other things.
 
I'm sure they're fine for your gar. I feed worms to my gar that I dig out of my garden (don't worry guys, it's an organic garden, no pesticides).
 
nothing really wrong with live if you give a large variety IMO
 
i feed mines earth worm and mealworm
