ill be happy when i have a 800 gal show tank in my own house.

I vote no. Because there is always another tank and fish that I want, but I just don't have the space..........

I am very happy with all my tanks now. All fish are healthy, stocking levels balanced, equipment working, and tanks decorated to my liking.

I do most of my "tinkering" during the winter months. I usually plan to wrap up any changes before March ends. This allows me to change my focus to outside activities and not have to worry about any unfinished aquarium business.

From April to the end of October, my tanks will take a lower priority (feeding and maintenance only). The craziness starts all over again around November 1st.
Interesting and I see your point.I have crushed coral substrate in my 180 that has been there since the tank was set up for African cichlids. The tank mainly houses characins now and I really want to change the substrate to something darker.

1000g and one of every kind of gar(excluding gator but inculding croc II, medius and one of any of the color morphs) and i will be in bliss

/\ Why exclude the Gator?

because a 5-6 foot gator(captive max) can eat the others. lol.
But all the others max out 3 ft or under:headbang2

Yep,I'd agree that that's a good enough reason.I'm not much of a gar guy at the moment.Had one some years back but back then I did'nt know there were soo many different species and don't remember which one mine was.

gotta get another one. gar are the shiznit! contact snookn for a good deal on some good gar if ur interested. They are the best fish IMO
