Arkansas Fixes Law That Allowed Anyone — Newborns Included — to Marry

"Lawmakers didn't realize until after the end of last year's regular session that a law they approved, intended to establish 18 as the minimum age for marriage, instead removed the minimum age to marry entirely. An extraneous "not" in the bill, allowed anyone who was not pregnant to marry at any age if the parents allow it."

Ok, last one from me. I just had to post this because it rings true about dealing with people in the professional world. In short, I got a resume today for a company that did some work for me in 06'. They were unprofessional and never used again. In response to their request for work, I replied...
"You were blacklisted by our company in early November of 06' due to failure to handle assignments in an appropriate manner. You successfully handled 3 assignments for this office and then blatantly ignored all phone calls, emails, faxes, and status requests for the next 3 assignments. You made no attempt to resolve the files, contact the vehicle owners, or even recommend reassignment.
I hope you find better luck with IA's you did not leave such a bad impression with."

I just got a response from them. Tell me if you'd use them.
"thank you rob but since then and now we at ****'s have worked very hard to correct all the problems we had back then as of to date we hold to a high response and turn around time with heavy statusing NO HARD FILLING AND THANK YOU FOR LOOKING AT USE ONCE MORE"

Just something I've noticed here on MFK: there are a lot of members that have absolutely horrible grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation skills. For the most part, it's not that big of a deal. Some of these posts, however, are almost impossible to read! I know that it's not a requirement to have a formal education to be a member of MFK, but for crying out loud! Are you serious?

and that shouldnt take away any help they are asking for
this kind of talk only scares off more people that cant type great
they think they will get flamed for typing wrong,like this thread is doing

This thread was in no way meant to "flame" or discourage anyone.

As far as I'm concerned, I could be a complete idiot that happens to know how to communicate well. (obviously not that well though, as you still don't seem to get my point)

I have never corrected anyone or flamed anyone for thier poor structure on this site. I just wanted to have a discussion about something that I happened to notice on this forum. It is a serious problem that undoubtedly goes far beyond the scope of a fish forum.

Bottom line: It's just a topic of conversation, not a crucifixion!

EDIT: I did correct Gr8karma once, for comic effect.
