argentine tegu :)

i have tried the savs and they dont seem near as friendly as the tegus.
and my tegu ate grapes and turkey last night!!!! :headbang2i was so excited. he has only ever eaten crickets at the lps.
hey my fish, do you have a tegu? n good thing mine is a female :) hopefully she wont get the jowls, but honestly if she does who cares :D

ha thank you. she is def one of my favorite critters.
keep an eye out for my huge update. i will be posting a thread of all my animals when i get a good camera. it should be pretty interesting
 
hopefully i get a new camera soon. my fiance took me to the sony store to look at there new cameras they are awesome!
 
It might just be the glare of the light, but it looks like you have a columbian b/w tegu. Also, how do you know its a female?
 
it actually might be a columbian. how can you tell?
n im not sure. the guy that i know at the store kinda looked and said it looks like a female. he checked the base of the tail. didnt have probes
lol i sound like an idiot but once i held this tegu i didnt care male or female or locality :D
 
thanks for all the info citri, mine just looks like a argentine more than a columbian. but who knows. he is def relaxed and chill like an argentine. also he eats fruits before he ate his turkey. i found a long list about diff and mine doesnt match anythin but the pattern of the columbian
