its vacation again!!
I hate this to be happened.
.left my aros behind for couple of days
iam really worry..
how long u guys left ur fish behind alone?
i really hope my aros will be ok till i get back.

Question:
1) how long can aros survive without food
2) how long can aros survive without oxygen
3) how long can aros survive without water change (maintainance?

I went for vacation for 10 days. All my fish r well! I starve it three days b4 the trip and then on the day I leave, I do a water change

Whole point of this is to keep the water clean. Fish could go weeks w/o food
 
Last time i left my aros only for 2 days..and unfortunately the power supply cut off coz of lightning..all my aros (2 aros) rip..:( ..now i have backup pump running on battery..but it only can last for 1 day..:(

I left them 10 small fishes for them to eat before i go..is it ok?

they should be fine, don't worry. they can go long periods without food.

i don't know how big they are but always put weight the top of the glass/tank at all times.

If you know your going on vaca just do a wc before you leave and throw in a couple feeders and you should be okay.
 
You can go quite awhile if you have a healthy tank. Been following your threads, not sure you have a healthy tank.
