Big Dogg, here goes the big Arse Mono Sabae at All-Happy Aquarium

I think its about 9-10" Tall

The plecos in the background are about 6-7"
The Mono might even be bigger, it is just a ball park guess:D

What size is the tank? Honestly doesn't look too far off from what I have..... I think mine are at least 8 in tall. Straight freshwater eh? Man the wheels are a turnin. :)

I think it is in a 240-300 square tank with a 2FT Jar (big body) and a Black wolf, lots of plecos/bichirs/Irwinis, and a few other species of fish

I think he grew him out since a Juvi for 5yrs or something like that (if I remember correctly)
