I know I am a little late here but definitely not a Scomb - either Armatus or Tat. You can narrow it down to those two by the black line along the outside of gill plate rather than more of a black dot. Another super easy way to tell Scombs is that while they have a black dot behind their gill plate - they also have a large black dot below their pectoral fin area that is not found on Armatus/Tat.
I have also heard that Armatus have the speckling on the face/chin area as seen in the provided picture - however cannot confirm if this is completely valid. Both Armatus/Tats are extremely similar looking at a young age.
The provided picture looks very similar to how the fish in my profile picture looked when I first purchased as an Armatus. However, I am still not 100% sure if it is or not and am several months in lol.
