It's been off live since I bought it. I never let my fish go more than a few weeks on live food. Ragnar was about 3 inch when I got him and was off live just a few days after that.

Grew up in a standard 55G. He's in a 250G now. No plans to move him now. I'm about to move to a new house so I'm a little nervous about that.

Yes,I would be too.I remember my armatus reacted very violently to being netted and moved....good luck with that.
I used similar sand to yours when I kept African cichlids and you appear to have a carpet of algae on the back wall of your tank,I like the way it looks.
