Armatus update- still growing!

Mine have also started eating talapia only. I was feeding them shrimp, pollock, and talapia in a steady rotation but they started spitting out the pollock and shrimp and will now only take talapia. Hope i get the same success you are

At that size is he pretty mellow in there or does he get a little jumpy?
 
Wayy more mellow now. I can get in front of tank and it doesn't bother him. Every once in a while he gets moody. And I get worried. Rays kinda bother him sometimes and he may dart off and I just pray he won't crash!

I went to feed the other day and I didn't get the fish thru the crack quick enough he almost shattered the lids- he hit them very hard. But didn't phase him

Awesome fish hope mine gets that big some day. I just got an armatus about a week ago. I've seen him eat a guppy but is very skittish and doesn't want to eat. I thought he would be much more into eating live fish. One will swim by him and he will look like he will strike but at the last sec he stops is this normal for a new armatus?
