Best edit that last statement. No takers within driving distance. You've had a taker since day ONE, he's just one airplane ride away.

;)

Hahaha, yeah, my bad. No takes within driving distance.

Oh, I'm in the Bay Area, CA. There's a thread in the B/S forum.

LOL

That's like saying a Chrysler 300 and a Bently are practically the same car.

A statement like this would never leave the mouth of a true Hydrolycus fan.

True... Im a crenicichla guy myself.

no fights yet, i hope it lasts. theyre not alone togeother, i have 7 vamps 2 aros and 3 rays. its very crowded but i want them togeother for 8 more months til i get my 720gal. im not gettin my hopes up armatus is growin way 2 fast. im hoping that growing them togeother from youngsters is the key.

Good luck with this. One of my redtails killed one of my scombs the other night, they seem to chill during the day and fight during the night (Im not sure how armatus are as I've never kept them), so watch them close for any signs of injury. GL

i also have red moon lights which lets me watch at night. they do wake up when the main lights go out. they seem to get along ok but my armatus is gettin big fast! i definately reccomend moon lights for all payara owners, if u think theyre sweet during the day, check them at night. ill post pics later
