Army Men Attack!

i saw this in the straw thread as well. i wouldn't hide my wet dry then, i would have it on display too just to screw with people bc i doubt theyd believe what thier eyes were telling them.

I did this on my first sump at least 15 years ago( now I feel old) on a saltwater octopus( huge amounts of waste) tank and it worked fine, I did let it cycle for a longer amount of time than I normally would have because I didn't have complete confidence. One thing to think about is the fact that for similar money pot scrubbers probably use the same amount of plastic as an army man in a far bigger and more porous package- so I think I would get both- scubbers for the tank and army men for me. Good luck

Correct BUT the little kid in me wants to have the army men for the cool factor....lol
