nice looking silver..^ what he said, plus if you want them to be semetrical you can cut the other so they grow back out the same rate.. seems kinda cruel but i guess if you want him to look sharp... a couple of weeks ago i went to one of my LFS and they got a bunch of silvers at around 4-5 inches, and one of them had no barbs, then i came back maybe two weeks later, and they grew out pretty fast, looked normal ( by himself).. i would say in that amount of time they grew about 1/2 centimeter almost 3/4.. but good luck with that one!

well both barbels are attached to one base but yes it is almost all gone except for about a mm or less, but I noticed today it turning white so maybe its healing (I hope and pray) he is still fav one or two barbels thats my baby monster
