Aro & frog?

I'm thinking about feeding my 16in Leichardti arowana frog! Just to change it up once in while!But I don't know what kind of frog should I feed him or where can I buy it?

I was feeding my red frogs and got great results. they were sold to me as "Phyronoglossus laevis", it was alot of trouble keeping the frogs but by far my aro's favorite food.

Frogs are really good food for arows but not constantly

Where exactly are you from mate? can't you google or something for common frogs from your region.. but do be careful bout their size relative to your aro.. i did give my aro frogs once.. she mowed down most of it.. but then there was this pretty large one and i guess she tried to take it down and couldnt.. so she doesnt seem to fancy em anymore..all the best..
