absolutely stunning. Love the cross backs and really like the sturgeon. If you every want to change the black sand out, just use the siphon method, works great for me, but I like the looks of the tank right now.
Nice looking tank and Aro! Are the white lines in the picture part of the background?
Thanks for sharing.

Yes for some xb. But blue base one usually hard to full cross if tyou never groom it properly or keeping it in an ideal tank. Thanks! It's a bit of a mission to change the substrate so I may have to wait until I'm bored of black! Hoping his genes will prevail and shine will cross anyway, even if it does take another year or so. They can keep crossing until 5 years right?

The sturgeon is an interesting tankmate, how is it doing so far?
Very good of you. You're quite right, very interesting! One of the rarest fish on the planet and I managed to rescue him for a mere 90 Ringgit. So far he seems absolutely fine and is tucking into sinking wafers. Interestingly, he simply isn't startled by other fish and almost seems oblivious to the world around him. I've tried to feed him cut up prawns, fish, earth worms, SW etc. but he's adamant. In a few inches time, I'll release him in our Koi pond outside and then after that... Not sure, a donation to the Zoo? I feel a certain responsibility here as it is such a rare animal.
Very good of you.
I understand where you're coming from. No worries. Just sharing my experience in grooming fish with you. I'm someone whom also prefer coloured fish than pale and whitish one. And that's why all my tanks are black rather than blue or white.A few things I'd like to mention. Koji, as helpful as you're trying to be, you are missing a key point. Some of us like to have Arowana because they're already beautiful. It seems that Singas and Malazy's only care about grooming and money. It's beyond your comprehension that the aquarium and house is more important than the level of shine?!! I've fed this fella everything from earth worms, crickets, roaches and Super Worms. I've injected some of these foods with extra Carotene and fish oil. You speak of grooming? Apart from torturing the fish in WTT for its first year of life, I have groomed this fish and I fully understand the implications of keeping him in a BLACK TANK. S.E.Asian's think they know EVERYTHING about raising Arowana's but the truth is most of you still believe that Centipedes encourage red in Arowanas!! There is NO Carotene in Centipedes. Tell you what... I'll torture my fish in WTT for it's entire life, make my living room look ****, stress the fish out and just HOPE that its colour crosses... Alternatively, I'm just happy with my Arowana as he is.
