Aro has bent barbel/whisker

Hello, my now 6 inch arowana has a bent barbel/whisker. It bends back on its self and I think it has actually Attatched to a lower part of the whisker. It doesn't seem to be in any discomfort but is there anything I can do to straighten it? Or if I should leave it? Any help would be brilliant. Thanks.

I don't think I would really cause your aro any problems, but you could net him and clip it off if it is really bothering you. It will grow back properly.

Oh I wouldn't clip it unless it was bothering him, if he starts showing any signs of it bothering him il clip it but il leave it for the time being. Thanks for your help!
