If 110 volts would kill, I would be dead by now. I've gotten shocked and tickled whenever I am trying to add a new out for my house, but all I get is a nice "wake up" jolt. That's accidentally touching the wires. But whenever you say "perfect conditions", it means you are standing on water, barefeet, and just dont let go. I know one thing that if you touch a 220 volt wire, you could die, but not necessarily either. My neighbor who is an electrican has been jolted over 220, and he survive, but a little cuckoo.
Trust me...110 volt 15A circuit could EASILY kill you, even without perfect conditions. Broken neutral wires kill plumbers all the time. If I had to guess i would say most deaths by electricution is from 110V, simply because (in the US) it is most common.

I only know from a electronics class that I took, But ive been hit with 110V, 220, an got knocked on my Arse from a quick zap off a transformer puttin out something close to 500v.

LMAO theres tons of them out there now, There was even a thing on ebay.

Worst Ive been nailed by is a xformer out of a microwave @ 22000 volts (but very low on amps) i was out cold for a few minutes though.

Sorry wild, i didnt mean to derail your thread.

Does it hang out in the same plants all the time, or does it just hang around the bottom alot? Is there anything in the tank that would bully it? My LFS guy had the same issue with a little aro at his store.... always hiding. It was just a litttle guy, though.

Ok bro,, i had the smae problem... so i went out and bout a stingray and wow what a diffrence,, and the best buy a i eva made! ant1 can feed the ray from hand!

yeah, its always in the same corner and only comes out when the the lights are out or when its feeding time. there is a lima shovelnose in there with it clown loaches a black ghost knife and a bala shark so nothing that would bully it, also no watts or amps

What was the name of this thread again.....? Just kidding with all this electrical bickering I got lost. I saw a jardini at the lfs the other day and he was all over the bottom of the tank, he wasn't hiding but that was the first time i've seen an aro that far under water.

the problem has been solved... I believe so anyway
I just did a huge water change because i noticed this oily type stuff on the water surface looked kinda like what oil does on the street so I did a huge water change and another and put a internal canister filter so that the water coming out would cause surface agitation so far it has worked and the aro has been uptop and if all goes well the surface agitation will disable the stuff from forming up again. But I think if I can get a good price on all the enhabitants of my 75g I might sell them all and turn it into saltwater. Get rid of the aro before it gets to large and to old and i get attached right now its only about 7"
