nice grab...i would say i had some fish before that developed a sort of "cloud eye" and eventually it did clear up...not sure because they were not aros. but i would suggest to keep clean water, zero params, and probably some salt, and tlc..the cloud eye did take time to clear up, but i've learned that it does, so long as not severe as the eye itself isn't missing...good luck..
 
id set up a drip system. save tons of time on waterchanges. 2gph would do the trick. nitrate level would stay under 10ppm. fish would be very happy.

i set 1 up for my 300g. 3.3gph. i never have to do waterchanges. nothing like doing 100gal changes 2 times a week. too much work.

it only took me a few hours to set up.
