Aro Parasite???

I have a silver Arowana, I bought him at 4 inches he is now about 7-8 in. I noticed a "pimple" on his back the other day, so I decided to watch it. Maybe it was a burn, maybe a bite mark, I didn't know. Then today I noticed it had another "pimple" growing on its back. Is this a parasite? Should I worry about my Ray with him? What does everyones plethora of knowledge suggest I do???

I had something similar with my green and it would go away then come back so I finally dosed my tank with melefix and premafix because i suspected it was a type of fungus and it went away and never came back

looks like he may have hit the hood when jumping.
