aro question?????

as long as the angel fish wouldn't fit into the aro's mouth.. IME angel fishes are not agressive towards other fish, so it would be okay for me, but wait for the others to give their opinions before you do the thing :)
 
ok thanks i will see what others say too. It is my girlfriends angel tank so i wouldnt be to sad if they got eaten but im sure she wouldnt be happy with me.
 
You should worry more about the safety of your gf's angelfish's... or YOUR own safety once your gf finds out that her fishes have been beaten up!! :grinno:
The aro would be just fine.
 
as long as angel is bigger then aro and aro will grow it out and eat it
 
Angels are actually very active and hungary. There is a good chance the baby arowana will be picked to death. The angels will bite the barbels off thinking it is food. A little larger one will do better but you will eventually have to get him his own tank. The arowana will grow very fast if he survives and will kill the angels eventually. It's just the wrong mix. it will only be for a little while then i have a larger tank to put him in with cichlids but didnt want him getting beat upat such a small size
