ok so i want to buy this platnium xback aro from dragonfish canada, i no that aros r illegal in the U.S., but if it has a legit certificate, can i get it legally?

No you can't. Even with certificate which is something I believe all asian aro's in Canada have. That does not make them legal in the US.

Sorry bud, Nothing i can do for you, this fish stays in Canada. If i had it my way, Asian aros would be legal in the States too.
