My Aro's right eye got cloudy this morning thought it was nothing until I look closely there's a whitish membrane inside his eye. Is it cloudy eyes or some parasite?. I put medications, put 10 spoons of rock salt, turned off the lights and will do 25% wc tom... . He's currently in a 100 gal atm so I'm wondering if I am doing the right thing or screwing things up?

Have you check water parameters?is he alone in the tank?...salt and water change is fine...careful adding meds unless ur sure of the cause..for all we now he got it from jumping...continue monitoring him..

sure, I'll try to bring a water sample to the LFS tom. Can't buy the test kit since my expenses only rely on my allowance..
My silver used to get cloudy eyes from time to time. I read somewhere online (arofanatics.com I think) that they can get cloudy eyes if they try to pick up food from the gravel on the bottom of the tank it can scratch their eyes which gives the cloudy effect. Might be complete BS but after that i always made sure he fed from the surface or mid water and it went away.
The most common problem with cloudy eye is the water.do a big wc as suggested

I don't think the water is the problem since I always do the same steps of wc my tank eversince, so I'm pretty much sure that the cause maybe the aro jumped so hard . .. I just hope he recovers sooner or later.
For now, He acts fine, still eats like a pig, doesn't show any signs of weakness and I'm not sure wether the cloud stops growing or just growing slowly since I can't see any differences since yesterday.. Sorry for my grammar btw, I can't practice english at home so my grammar is like rotten
