ti all matters on the different fish's personality! some oscars can be so layed back! and Jar's can just be crazy!:screwy:

Yeah ... I guess my jar's a pu$$y and my oscar was a nut. I had two originally, but he killed his buddy - they were the same size.

the guy that i bought my 4 35 gallon tanks off of had three silver aros, 4 blood parrots, and 3 or 4 severums in a 90 gallon tank. he said that he was selling the tanks in order to make room for a much larger tank. that was the fist time i ever saw aros, and i thought that they were awesome:)

aros are awesome fish, and all it takes is 1 glimpse to wanna own such a magnificent creature. there size, the way they swim, interaction. jus make sure you plan ahead cuz they do require a large tank in the long run, especially if that guy had 3, he's gonna need atleast a 1k gallon tank possibly bigger when there full full grown.

arowana's min tank size for life is very very debatable. ill say anywhere from a 180 to a 240, but whats more important is the width of the tank, try to get something between 30" and 3ft wide.
