its not a marulius... good guess though...
its marulioides... and they do ***** at the aro occasionally to get out of their midwater.. but no fightin...

theres nothin special bout the sand... its just sand...

Hmm I was just curious. when I got sand I washed it and got it in the tank and it looks white. Very white... I wish it were darker. o well

anyways, your tank looks very nice.
 
no the cobra snakehead is channa marulius...

this species is called the emperor snakehead (channa marulioides)
its the most timid species that still gets big...

thanks for info i always thought that they are the same fish but dufferent name ,all in all they are quite similiar and nice fish
 
nice, love the hampala barbs, would like to see them again when thier grown more.
had one till recently, couldnt believe how hard the strike the surface for food.
