Arowana and carp

I use to keep koi with my arowana. They are extremely good cleaners for leftover food in there and sometime will snatch food away from the arowana. But one thing about koi is their bio load is much higher than arowana thus a good filtration is a must. As for your current setup, I will suggest removing more of your subtracts in there for it's taking too much valuable space for more water volume in there for the fishes.

Koi is actually one of my secret to help arowanas get a long with each other. But the koi have to be bigger than the Arowana so it won't get attack. Somehow Arowana think its a koi and join in with the family x-x

Please do yourself and the Koi a favour and rehome the Koi to a better place. With a size like this it'd probably be the Arowana's meal in 2 months time. One is a pure predator and the other is a domesticated pet.
