Arowana and Discus. Tank mates?

yeah I check it daily, currently in the process on getting my nitrogen cycle. I just finished with my ammonia yesterday and it finally dropped to zero, my nitrite has been increasing for the past 2 days. Will wait till my nitrite is @ 0ppm before introducing the Discus. Thanks a lot T1Karmann, I really appreciate the advice, I now feel more confident in getting Discus ^_^

I have a 14-15" silver with a dozen 3-6" discus and they have been fine so far. Water temp is 80* F. I put some ghost shrimp in the tank and the aro payed no attention, my rays nailed them all. He doesn't seem too interested in live food.
