Their growth rate depends on 3 factors..........the size of your tank, the water condition & ofcourse the foods you feed them........u should feed them various food rather than sticking just one type of food......& must keep tank water clean........
I feed my silver aro feeders,prawns,cockroach,beef heart etc.........though i know there are risk associated with feeders.......can contain diseases.........
Their growth rate is very fast.......much faster than most of the fishes........i had 2" growth in just 2 week........can u imagine it........so u need a large tank to keep them for long time...............
