With proper care a silver aro will get over 30" long, a silver that size should be kept in a tank that has a footprint of at least 8'x3'. Until then it can be kept in smaller. Good rule of thumb is to have a tank that is at least 3x the length of the aro and a width at least equal to the aros length.

Also 100g would be good for a while but you will need to upgrade tank sizes for sure.

Actually aros are very easy to care for... You just need a big tank IMO.
