.Cool. Now they need to start in the states![]()
It is actually easy. You just need that kind of space and temperature. You don't even need to harvest the babies.
Anyone qith those kinds of tanks and space can breed silvers or asians, or aussies.
Guys.....All of the offspring died except for 2 of them.
And the guy Accidently lost his breeding pair.!This farm is just 30 min. away from my house.
Its in Kerala and as for the RTG it belongs to another aquarium and if you look carefully you can see a sticker on the tank "Mareena AQuarium" which has no connection with the farm. This RTG was a very famous one all the hobbiest including me adored it as it was one of the very few large Asian arowana in Cochin, Kerala. It was sold around 6 months back for around 2,00,000 Lakh INR.
After it was sold it died after a week,Anyway the aquarium bought him another baby RTG.But the buyer was curious about how it died and when he cut opened the stomach he found gravel!!How did this happen? The aquarium was feeding it live feed so the arowana sometimes caught it from the bottom where it accidently swallowed some gravel!!!
CRAZY STory!!
Also the temp of kerala is almost similar to that of singapore
