Arowana help

70 is way, way to low for an Arowana, should be closer to 80 (and not swinging like that). Also different fish react differently to bad water parameters -- again it's clear your (only 2-week old) tank is not fully cycled, and there are fluctuations that are affecting your Arowana (and at any time could affect your other fish too -- too much ammonia = death). Also 10 gallon (10%) water changes are too small, you should be aiming for at least 30-50% minimum.
Ok I’m doing the water changes. I don’t know if it’s significant but when the water level drops my fish starts swimming normally again. But I’m doing 40%. And hoping the heaters can warm fast enough

If its true that your tank has only been running for two weeks, you should be doing "at least" a 40 % water change every day to dilute the toxic ammonia and nitrite until the tank is fully cycled.
And you can mix hot and cold water from the tap to bring temp to equilibrium..

The problem is the nitrite and ammonia. Nitrate is low

I'm unsure on this response. Are you asking or telling us?
Did you test? If ammonia and nitrite are high usually nitrate would be low or non existent in a not cycled tank. As the bacteria grows it will consume ammonia turning it into nitrite and then more bacteria grows to consume nitrite turning it into nitrate. You get rid of nitrate by doing water changes.
