arowana in 90 gallon?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thanks for all your responses. I am only 16 and you may not understand this but I get bored with fish after awhile. i didnt really word that right but its like, i like getting new fish alot. and i have 3 nice LFS' around me that will and have taken fish from me before so it will be no problem when it reaches to big for my 90 gallon. i would put it in my 20 or 20 gallon long until it got to be 4'' or so, then move it to the 90.

Arowanas are fast growers. A 20g will severely stunt the fish. If you cannot upgrade at all, then arowanas are not for you.

the boy said 20g to grow it to 4"

i have to disagree with you growing the aro and giving it back to the LFS when its too big for your 90g, most LFS would not have the space for it or wont have it as priority putting it to maybe smaller than your 90g BUT if you are sure that they have a bigger tank than yours then that a different story.
