Arowana Is Tripping Out

Hey guys,

So i have checked all my water parameters and they are good but my arowana continues to swim on the bottom of the tank and trips out everytime you are near the aquarium. He is super jumpy so i have cover the other 2 sides of the aquarium and kept the lights off but still no luck. i have had him for about 3 weeks now. i have a 150gal with 2 stingrays, 2 tiger dats and 1 catfish.

any suggestions on what may be wrong?

my aro is about 10inches long and is an asian arowana.

no there isnt any red at all.

Hello everybody,

I'm new in this forum. But i hope can everybody help me and given me some suggestion about what should i do for getting my arowana apetite back? Its already a month but my arowana size still the same and don't even growth a bit bigger or longer...

Please make your own thread and don't hijack ndkangs'.
Ndk do you have a laminated or painted background on the tank? I noticed that help my aro calm down a little.
 
Check for stray electrical current, animated objects near tank, lights that might be too bright. These are what come to mind. Does he perk up when the lights go out?
 
Also sound like a lot of fish for a 150gal tank. Maybe it's a bit crowded.
