I was transferring my new Arowana and in the process it jumped from bucket to floor. I picked him right away and got him in the tank so hes getting acclimated. Besides from a few scratches from the concrete its fine, the thing that worries me is one of his eyes on the bottom seems to be pushed in I believe from the jump+landing. Is there anything I can do? Will his eye naturally push back out at the bottom? Ill try to upload some pics.

Sounds like Drop eye developed following trauma. Some say that you can fix the DE by putting the arowana into a pond or by blacking out all four sides of the tank, these folks never seem to be able to produce pics though.

Yeah I checked out a couple other threads on the MFK forums and it kinda sounds like its fixable usually with those methods "so they say" but trauma is more permanent than other causes. I guess ill try the pond method, darn what luck and I just got him this morning too.

Im gonna move him to a 100 gallon pond for now with a lid, its white plastic though with the lid its pretty dark underneath. I just have to get a heater and filter set up for it.Possible for the eye to become even again and not all pushed in?

I had an arowana that developed DE from injury, however, it's condition wasn't as bad as yours. It's still worth a shot. You may still be able to save it or at least make the DE less noticeable.
