Arowana keep laying on the bottom of the tank

Hi everyone I have the arowana was alway keep laying on the bottom of the tank, when he swim his head getting down and the tail going up . He just start doing for last 2 day , before that I haven't do anything about the water, but I have change 80% of the water in 2 or 3 week ago. I only feed him bloodworm and mealworm and shirmp . Does anyone how to treat it ? Please help me

How long have you had it? When was the last time it's eaten anything? Have you done any testing on the water perimeter, ph, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia? How bigs is that grow out tank, honestly it looks to small for it. It could by your bear bottom, its seeing its own reflection, maybe? I suggest adding other fish (silver dollars) to make it feel a little more comfy or maybe add some decor like fake plants so it could hide. Hope this helps but need more detail!

have you over feed him? I know my aro does that when he doesnt know how to stop eating. He will stay there until in can swim back up again.

Test the water parameters. If it's okay, It might have swim bladder. Overfed it? When my was aros were smaller I made the mistake of putting too big of food during feeding. Make sure when you feed shrimp cut them into tiny pieces.
 
when aro parked on bottom usually stressed ... try to figure out what makes him stress, could be something you change , the water parameter , decor or lighting or something spook him
