No DNA research has been done on malaysia and myanmar Snakeskin, so it is not yet proven. For the Myanmar variant it has a strong gold gene in the blood as you can see in the pic I show.
Hiback may not be found in Sumatera water, but it came from those fish that were found in Sumatera water!
Without those RTG from Sumater water, there's no Hiback! 

That's why it's still called HBRTG!
Look at the Juvi pix from the link you posted as well. They look exactly like Green
