How much does a baby golden red tail arowana retail for, and is $45 a good deal for a nigerian lungfish and $50 good for a blue eyed pleco

I think the fine is more then the cost of the illegal arowana. Depending on size of the lung maybe. A true blue eyed pleco would be a whole lot more then that.

Asian arowana are not illegal if they are captive bred so in that case they don't effect the wild population and it is a 3'' true blue eyed pleco

You wrong on the aro point blank. Don't argue it because it makes you look dumb. Asian aros are illegal in the states end of story.
Not bad on the lung. I have a very hard time believing it is a true blue eye if it is 3". You might be mixing it with a blue eye bushynose.
