K thanx for the info ,but then why do i find red arowana and other asian breeds for sale in virginia?

You have to be confusing jardini and leicharti for Asians. There are no fish stores that have Asian aros in the us. The only way they can is if they are doing it illegally. Or just labeling different grades of jardini as different Asian aros to make more money off them. If there was any way to have Asian aros legally here I would have a few sr, rtg and blue base golds xbacks.

I looked at some pics and they do resemble jardini's more than asians i guess there is some guy trying to make big money off them.

Did you get your Lungfish already?
Can you share with me some info on where you found the 12" Lungfish for $45.
I think they are one of the most amazing fish & would love to get one for myself.
