Arowana or RTC for personality

If we are strictly speaking pet-owner interactions, by far and large RTCs are more intractive IME and IMO than any arowana.

I think almost any fish can have a good personality if you really work with it. When i was younger I had an albino channel cat that was super friendly although it took a year of hand feeding to get him that way.
