More expensive:
Asian > Jardini

Change the bichir to larger species such as ornates or endlis. Those are quite commonly available.

Is the 70cm dimension wide or tall? If it's 70cm wide you aren't wide enough for a silver, I'd go asian. And yes larger bichirs would be better, ornates or lower-jaw species.
