i agree thats kinda expensive. i saw about 4 inchers 35 bucks. for silvers. and when my lfs has a sale they are even cheaper. just depends. Ive seen total rip offs tho too

Im in total disblief on how you Americans get arowana prices so cheap. i've only ever seen 2 species of arowana on sale.
1. Silver Arowana - 14" - $595
2. Regulary seen native Jardini - 9"-12" - $200-$250.

at my lfs, they are selling a 2 footer for $225. but another shop near me is selling a 6 incher for $20. the last one isn't too bad,but the first one

i would love to have your pricing around here, the only arowanas that drop in are Silvers and they are usually around 4" and go for 150$+
Im buying one 6" for 170$ in a few days...
