yeah dude, dont worry, it'll heal in time. Put sum medicine to help heal its fins. Remember to remove the carbon in ur filter wen u do though.

no don't cut anything
you will only make things worse
they will heal but you will have to give it time and please stop moving him around, that should keep the stress levels low
and give him some hi protien food
like meal worms, beef heart, chicken heart
some more time and your fish will be healthy and kick ***
