What must i get for a Arowana tank and why ?(in detail please as i dun think my tank is clean enough with all the dirt stuck in the gravel

If it's dirty maybe you can do a bare bottom. I'm deffinatly not an expert though

Same as any other fish, do you know basic fishkeeping?

Wasn't meant to be funny, as it was a serious question. But I'm glad you had a laugh. Obviously the OP has some questions, I would just like to know how much he already knows.

I think the Arowana's do better with "dither" fish. Fish that swim around a lot. Arowana's seem to be skittish but when you have a bunch of fast moving fish like Bala's (my first choice) it seems to calm the Aro down a lot.

Of course a very large tank is good. A standard 125 seems to be too small IMO. The fish can't turn in the 18" area and they seem to develop gill curl. A 180 with 2 feet from front to back is a better choice and the smallest tank size I would recommend. Bigger is better :)
