You could start out with a 125, but then your aro will outgrow that pretty fast, might as well start with a 180 (6x2x2) first, it's also less hectic with your rays. Id say let the motoros go in first. Theres a high chance you're going to freak out your arowana when adding new fish into the tank so you might as well add the motoros first.
