Arowana Tanning~

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
So would you suggest that I buy an Arcadia tanning light for my RTG?? cuz I'm really confused. Does tanning lights work on RTG's gold scale or not?

Would you suggest that I get one or not?

an explanation would be helpful bro :D

it was years ago bro when ppl used arcadia d3, beside it was for tan a red aros ... nowadays not anymore and i'm not suggesting you to get arcadia light bro :)
and yes tanning will intensify the red/gold color and like i said before '... gold need to be tanned also but not as intensive as red' ... for me, gold aros are best viewed in normal/uv white lighting and the light can serve as tanning purposes too

Hmm clear tank, no background? no sand?

could try that if it helps :)

Thanks

try it for 6 months ... not forever LOL :D

Forget white tank treatment unless you like to stare into a blank white tank for the rest of the time you're keeping your aro. WTT aros lose their shine once you take off the background.

its not like you are going to keep aros in white tank forever bro ... its just for momentarily treatment
btw i believe wtt aros will lose their color / pale looking but it will bring out the shine better .... :D

Thats what I said in my post lol. It brings out the shine while it's in the white tank, but once you remove it from the white tank, the shine is gone. So unless you like staring into a white tank forever, WTT is a complete waste of time.

once the shine is there it will stay there, it wont fade away just becoz surrounding environment ... red keeper is also doing wtt to get the clearer base color and better shines :)
