Arowana!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
my fiance was sneaky... took me out to a nice dinner.. which was right down the street from my favorite lfs.. and non-chalantly zipped over there afterwards. and setting a $$ amount is not bad..

seahorses really don't do well w/ other species of fish as their so delicate and will be outcompeted for food. inverts are verrry touch and go with them as well. you'de have to be very careful about picking tank-mates for them, and have abit of luck as well.

yeah, i agree w/ the other posters- take him and buy him a brand new fishie.

I have used and can reccomend a couple. Boronia Aquariuam in Boronia, and TVS aquatics in Hallam. TVS are really helpful and they have a large range of fish and are very nice to deal with!

Need help again!!! the other day he mentioned a fish that he wants to buy!! He said they are legal in Australia and that they are related to Arowanas or something!! It had a weird name but i can't remember it for the life of me!!! does anyone know what it might be called???

African butterfly fish and arapaima are both related to arowana. If is an arapaima do not buy it, they can reach over 9 feet in length. African butterflys grow to about five inches and would be great.
