I wanna get them around 6" so as long as they come in the same tank at the lfs then they should be good?

Getting them for the same tank at the LFS will have nothing to do with if they fight or not. Chances are 1 in 3 that it will work. 66% chance of failure so make sure yopu have two tanks to separate them if/when things go bad.
Yea I only have one big aquarium n don wanna have to resort to puttin him in a tall 37 so I guess I'll get one even tho 2 looks way better I'm gonna put 2 dats n 2 pbass in there along wit. My hybrid so it will be fine

I had two six inch silvers. It lasted a month before i had to seperate them. My husband has seven aros in one tank and they all some what get along okay. Of course they nip one another but the fights are spread out since there are more aros. <br />

Imo i would keep one aro or atleast six.

I had 2 in the same tank and they where both very different in size one was 24 inch and the other was maybe 11. The bigger one would kinda defend the smaller one against my pbass soon as I sold my pbass tho the bigger silver almost killed him. Very hit and miss and can change in an instant
Separate them. They don't like each other and are going to continue to not like each other, and eventually one of them is going to kill the other.
